Our products

We sell haircare products and related goods designed for textured hair, movement, confidence and the occasional weather-based plot twist.

Our products are formulated and produced in the UK.

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, packaging, ingredients or product details may vary slightly from time to time, especially if suppliers, batches or screens decide to have opinions.

Please always read the product label, ingredients and instructions before use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. Our website content is for general information only and is not medical advice.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After checkout, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it.

We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. We do not store your full payment card details.

Prices and promotions

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We may change prices, offers or discount codes at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Discount codes usually cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.

As a guide:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch, where available
Processing time: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers are mostly wonderful, occasionally theatrical.

Unless agreed otherwise, goods should generally be delivered within 30 days.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unopened where hygiene matters, and in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your statutory rights still apply. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Where required by law, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid for the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we only need to refund the standard delivery amount.

Faulty or damaged items

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email hello@untameable.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll sort it. No unnecessary drama.

Your use of our website

Please do not misuse our website. That means no hacking, scraping, copying, uploading harmful code, interfering with checkout, or using the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

All content on this website belongs to Untameable Limited or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

This includes our text, images, product photography, branding, logos, graphics, videos and design.

Please do not copy, reproduce, sell or use our content without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Our products are sold for personal and domestic use unless we agree otherwise. We are not responsible for business losses.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be posted on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
