Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch, although most arrive sooner.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. During busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.
Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK delivery on every order, shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
You can use this link to follow your parcel's progress until it arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email hello@untameable.co.uk as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to help if your order hasn't already been dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email hello@untameable.co.uk with your order number.
We'll investigate with Royal Mail and do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
