Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to return it.
You then have another 14 days to send it back.
Email hello@untameable.co.uk with your order number to start.
What condition should returns be in?
Returns must be unused, unopened where hygiene matters, and in their original condition.
You can inspect your order, but please don’t use it first. Haircare is personal.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot usually accept returns of opened or used haircare products unless they are faulty.
We also cannot usually accept personalised items, gift cards, or anything not in a resaleable condition.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the reasonable return cost.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Email hello@untameable.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, your statutory rights apply. We’ll help put it right.
